Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, to be eligible for return, the product must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

Please note, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Please note that most of our products are handmade so they may have slight imperfections and colour variations. 

Due to the delicate nature of our products, there is a possibility of your order arriving in damaged condition after improper handling during transit. In such a case, please contact us and we will be happy for you to return the damaged stock for a replacement product.
